Exactly like the pictures. Shipping and delivery were really fast, it took less than 2 weks to portugal. It doesn't have a package box but came well protected, it has a instruction sheet and an usb charging cable, so it doesn't need batteries.

It's great. Narrower than in the photo, but it also does its function. Program adjustment and intensity. Very intuitive. You don't need gel.
